The service incorporates Hospital in the Home (HITH) and Home-based cancer care as funded through the DHHS. The PM@H unit is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a community nurse. This role involves nurses visiting patients in their homes. A commitment to providing excellent community care, professional development of self and others and a commitment to providing evidence-based care is an essential requirement of the role.
