Proven experience in working in the plumbing or HVAC industry
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both verbal & written.

Experience in undertaking maintenance activities within a complex multi-building environment.
Understanding of good customer care.
Experience with working in a residential environment.

Responsibilities
To carry our servicing of heat interface units and fan coil units across a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in accordance with manufacturers recommendations
To ensure properties/apartments have correct heating, ventilation, air cooling and water temperatures all year round.
To carry out repairs identified during servicing including removal/replacement of pumps, valves and actuators plus bleeding systems
Update and log all results within 24 hours of the servicing being completed and advise sites when updates are complete
Ensure a list of all defects and repairs required are logged and reported back to the electrical supervisor.
To carry out general plumbing repairs
To update management so adequate stocks of materials can be maintained and identify requirements for critical spares
Ensure works and tasks are completed to a very high standard and conform to industry legislation

Deliver a first class service to customers and clients
Perform duties in accordance with departmental health and safety policies and procedures
Carry out any other duties that may from time to time be required
