Dodd Group (Midlands) are looking for a HIU Project Manager to assist with the delivery of their Projects in Wolverhampton. Previous experience of HIU Installation’s, Primary Pipework, BCWS, Commercial pipework would be advantageous.

THE HIU PROJECT MANAGER PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR (ALTHOUGH NOT LIMITED TO):

• Management and leadership of the labour on site and the site management
• Ensuring site safety is maintained.
• Overseeing productivity of the Sub-Contractors and directly employed Staff.
• Keeping up with their own workload and productivity on site and in the office.
• Quality control
• Site surveys when required.
• Solving issues that arise on site in a calm and measured way.
• Reporting directly to the contract manager.
• Build and maintain a good working relationship with the client and merchants.
• Attend monthly client meetings.
  As a key participant in the relationship with the Company, Sub-Contractors and the Client.

THE JOB ROLE INCLUDES.

• £45 -£55k Salary
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
