For this position, we are looking for a Project Manager to assist one of our clients - a leading investment bank. Job Description Project 1: Company Restructuring One of our small-sized entities (40 people) needs to restructure to operate more efficiently. We are looking for a Project Manager to: Assess the requested changes: From customers’ perspective (according to local insurance regulations, information and consent processes by business lines, if applicable) From partners’ perspective (according to local insurance regulations, information and consent processes to apply if applicable, recommendations on level of information to be shared) From local insurance regulation perspective Identify any restrictions or blockers for the restructuring in alignment with local implementation timelines Oversee the overall steering of the project including stakeholder coordination, project restructuring, the preparation and management of the restructuring plans, and engagement with local representatives Project 2: Group & Regional Projects Implementation As part of the Group requests, there are several global and regional projects planned to be rolled out in 2026: At least 3 new projects are planned: New Project Management tool New HR Core system New website portals Act as the key liaison between Group Project Manager, APAC Project Manager and local entities, ensuring effective coordination of regional and local actions while reporting implementation status to the Global or APAC Project team The role will also involve management relationships with all stakeholders and securing their commitment throughout the project lifecycle The 2 projects will run in parallel. Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management and consulting, ideally involving global or regional projects with stakeholders across multiple countries. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a high degree of autonomy and the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and to identify and mitigate risks arising during project implementation, in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders Ability to assess the strategic implications of project requests, propose changes where necessary, and make informed decisions regarding cost, quality, and timelines while ensuring value creation for the business. Knowledge of, and experience in insurance operations would be considered an advantage Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and oral) Immediate availability would be an advantage.
