兼职销售代表工作职责：主要通过电话外呼的方式销售香港电讯旗下品牌的产品、服务和各项优惠给现有客户或新客户；与香港个人用户对接，熟悉品牌产品并善于挖掘客户需求，把握与客户沟通的每个机会，提供合适的销售方案；提高服务质量，准确有效地解答客户咨询，并及时处理和反馈客户意见；如遇到客户的投诉或查询超越自己的有关权限时，应及时反馈给所属上司；将客户反馈的各种意见转达给有关部门，以提高服务质量；遵守既定的工作时间表，遵从公司的政策，规章制度及工作指引；完成公司制定的销售指标及在合法合规的情况下致力达成客户的要求。岗位要求：良好的问题处理能力及电话销售技巧，具有丰富的电话营销沟通经验者优先；粤语流利、表达清晰，良好的沟通能力，英文能力优秀者优先；自信、积极、灵活、有耐心，有礼貌，具备较强的适应性，能承受一定的压力；应变力强，适应轮班工作。
