Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Performance Analyst to join our growing finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working for day to day financial operations of HKT IT. Strong background in accounting and finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, support business case preparation, performance tracking, intra-business reconciliation…etc Prepare routine financial reports and ad hoc analysis to support business decisions. Prepare Annual Operating Plan and follow up tracking and re-forecast Work closely with Group Finance to support the teams on various finance issues Ensure compliance with accounting rules and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or member of accounting associations. Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, desirably in sizable company Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in Oracle Finance is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving skills and business sense. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and as a team.
