主要职责：1.通过在线实时聊天方式、电话及邮件，根据客户的需要，将客户的需求与现有的服务相匹配，并向公司的客人提供服务。2.代表乐园传达友好、关怀和专业的服务态度。 3.以高效的方式处理所有客户查询，并对任何需要升级的情况进行预警。4.处理票务、酒店和餐饮服务的所有预订，并处理此类预订的付款。5.在整个服务过程中保持所有客户满意。 6.记录通话性质，以及任何需要跟进的案例细节。7.收集客户的反馈或更新信息。职位要求： 1.大专及以上学历（优秀者适当放宽）。 2.有1年酒店或旅游业客户服务或销售经验者优先。 3.打字30+WPM，错误率不超过5%。4.普通话流利，拥有优秀的口头表达、人际沟通和倾听能力。 5.具有很强的服务意识和咨询能力。6.熟悉Windows电脑操作和OFFICE办公软件操作。
