工作职责:1、与香港团队紧密合作,支持并执行招聘和入职流程;2、准备和生成入职相关文件,包括但不限于雇佣合同、声明表和保密协议3、与香港新员工沟通工作和福利细节,根据需要制作并发送有关公司政策、手册和福利登记表格的信息的电子邮件;4、指导新员工在人力资源系统中提交个人信息和文件5、通知相关方第一天的安排,解决并回答新员工关于福利和入职安排的问题。 职位要求:1、人力资源管理,英语专业,本科及以上学历;2、有支持香港员工生命周期的经验者优先;3、具有全球在线人力资源系统(包括SAP (SuccessFactors))经验者优先;4、做事有条理,细致,有较强的解决问题和自学能力,服务意识强;5、性格外向,自我激励和结果导向,流利的粤语沟通和书面英语能力。
Responsibilities
