Description
Responsible for developing new account acquisition and further growing business from existing accounts, offering complete solutions for enterprise network, MPLS-VPN, IDC, CDN, IPPBX, HD Video Conferencing , wan optimization etc.    Key Reponsibilities  1) To be the key driver and accept ownership for developing new business opportunities to closure and meeting assigned revenue objectives;2) Responsible for revenue achievement for the designated sectors/segments with focuses on ICT products, services and tailored business solutions;3) Achieve company assigned KPI on new customer development works;4) To grow business with existing customers by knowing your customers’ need and problems encountered;5) To define the optimal cost effective network topology with an integrated voice and video communication solutions to target customer;6) Support the regional sales team head on developing the sales team business and may need to assist regional sales team head by assignment on salesman coaching works;7) Support the business operations and deliver results through close collaboration with product development team, pre-sales team and other internal departments (both in HK & PRC);8) Proactive self-starter able to be given little direction and operate with limited supervision.   Requirements  1) Education to degree level in business, economics, engineering or similar discipline;2) Strong track record with new business and new account acquisition;3) 5-8 years sales experience in Telecom / IT Industries;4) At least 5 years responsible for enterprise customer development in regional area;5) Structure winning strategies including compiling complex and creative proposals;6) Good sense in developing solid relationship with Client &  management;7) Good sense in formulating and executing sales strategy;8) Good track record in meeting company &  business objectives and sales target;9) High energy, a self starter, self sufficient with a solution selling approach that can open doors and work comfortably with C level execs;10) Fluency in written English is a plus, plus a good working knowledge of written Chinese, oral Cantonese andMandarin.
