Description
ABOUT LADD At LADD (Living Arrangements for the Developmentally Disabled), our mission is to empower adults with developmental disabilities to live, work, and connect in their communities. We believe in inclusion, advocacy, and opportunity — and we live by The LADD Way, a set of values that guides everything we do.   WHAT YOU'LL DO As an HLADD Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health, safety, and well-being of individuals in the HLADD program. You’ll work directly with both the people we serve and the independent contractors who provide their daily support — offering training, guidance, and mentorship. This is a hands-on role that blends program coordination, relationship building, compliance oversight, and advocacy. You will: * Ensure the quality and timeliness of provider payments through invoice and billing processing * Oversee and help implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs), ensuring services meet the participants' needs * Conduct home and community visits to monitor the health and safety of individuals * Provide support and training to HLADD providers, including recruitment and ongoing mentorship * Coordinate services such as medical appointments, social activities, and personal development opportunities * Monitor documentation for compliance, including medication records and incident reports * Represent LADD with professionalism in all interactions with stakeholders, including families and outside agencies * Step in with back-up support or direct care when needed * Always model The LADD Way — promoting respect, collaboration, and empowerment   WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We’re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and motivated professional who is ready to make an impact. Required: * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 3 years of related experience OR a 2-year college degree * CPR/First Aid certification * Medication Administration certification * Valid driver’s license (with fewer than 6 points) and proof of insurance * Strong computer literacy and organizational skills Preferred: * Experience in direct care or service coordination in developmental disability services * Comfort with documentation and program compliance   WORK ENVIRONMENT This role requires flexibility — your time will be split between office work, in-person visits, and travel within the local area. A typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends based on program needs.   WHY WORK AT LADD? At LADD, you’re not just taking a job — you’re joining a community. We offer a supportive work culture, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to truly make a difference in the lives of others.   READY TO APPLY? If you're passionate about helping others thrive and want to be part of an innovative, mission-driven team, we'd love to hear from you.
