Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive junior school in a beautiful rural setting near Northampton. This is a temp-to-perm role, offering the chance to become a long-term member of the school community. You will lead whole-class or small-group teaching, assist with planning and resource preparation, monitor pupil progress, and play a key role in supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.
