About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Investment Manager / HNWI Relationship Manager to join our client's expanding team. In this role, you will act as a true investment consultant, building relationships with Russian-speaking HNWIs globally and managing bespoke trading and portfolio strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in investment banking, wealth management, or stock brokerage.  
• Book of Business: Demonstrated track record of managing $10M+ AUM and acquiring HNW individuals.  
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of stock markets, equities, fixed income, options, and futures.  
• Consultative Approach: Ability to independently explain, design, and discuss stock market strategies rather than just selling pre-packaged products.  
• Languages: Fluent Russian + Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English.  
• Education: Higher education in Economics, Finance, or International Relations preferred.  
• Travel: Willingness to undertake business travel (up to 90 days/year for RF citizens).

Key Responsibilities

• Attract and onboard High-Net-Worth clients (capital from $1M+) globally, focusing on CIS, UAE, Europe, and international hubs.  
• Build and manage a client portfolio with a target of $10M+ AUM in the first 12 months.  
• Expand your sales pipeline using personal networks, referrals, partner channels, and industry events.  
• Conduct in-person and online client presentations and consultations.  
• Formulate custom investment strategies using company research and model portfolios.  
• Manage the full client onboarding cycle, including account opening, KYC/compliance, and asset transfers.  
• Retain clients, maintain CRM data, and hit performance targets.
