Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world Job Description Manages and supervises the Maintenance Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Maintenance Management Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility Manages and supervises multiple org units within Maintenance Management Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change Management and personal growth Ensures a standardized approach and implementation of LTPM, Maintenance process and system within the plant including implementation of preventive, predictive and unplanned Maintenance for production equipment and facility equipment within the plant Ensures installation and movement of equipment and re-qualification of equipment and tools Ensures Maintenance for utilities, cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting etc. internal or by external suppliers, according to requirements (standards) Ensures Maintenance of firefighting and fire prevention equipment Ensure maintenance security camera systems Ensures monitoring, analysis and improvement of process performance and supports the inventory reduction of spare and wear parts Qualifications • Education Level : University Degree in a relevant field • Language : English C1 & French C1 • Experience : At least 7 years of experience in maintenance • At least 5 years in management, preferably with at least 3 years in Maintenance • Project management experience • Industry : Automotive or its suppliers • Strategic mindset and ability to work under pressure Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
