PSO_JD   * Handling & resolution of customer queries, complaints received at the Branch through        co-ordination with various stakeholders * Assisting customers in completion of FKYC * Providing on field support to the Sales team & Branch teams for 811 customer servicing * Handling rejection cases & curing/resolution of same through co-ordination with the Business team * Conducting regular training sessions with the field/Sales team to improve their productivity * Monthly reconciliation of biometric devices which are with the field team * Publishing regular MIS (as & when required) * Customer out calling (as & when required)   Candidate Requirement:   * Graduate (any stream) with 1-2 years of experience preferably in Banking Industry * Strong Communication skills – Verbal and Written * Good knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Excel in particular) * Assertive attitude * Self Driven * Service mind set * Pay Scale: As per HR categorization
