Description
Product Ownership & Strategy Own the entire lifecycle of business banking products (e.g., Current Accounts). Define new use cases and customer journeys to enhance experience across digital platforms. Develop product pricing, positioning strategies, and business cases for investment. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Customer Experience & Servicing Streamline KYC and onboarding processes to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and rejection rates. Address product and servicing queries in coordination with customer experience teams. Drive initiatives to improve Transactional and Relationship NPS (TNPS/RNPS). Process Re-engineering Identify inefficiencies and lead re-engineering projects to optimize workflows. Implement automation and digital solutions to minimize manual interventions. Cross-functional Collaboration Work with IT, Marketing, UI/UX, Business Solutions, and other verticals to ensure efficient implementation. Coordinate with departmental heads, vendors, and internal stakeholders for project execution. Analytics & Reporting Analyze customer behavior and usage data to recommend improvements. Maintain timely and accurate MIS and reporting. Track and improve KPIs such as leads generated, NPS, CSAT, and feedback resolution.
