Description du poste - Manages and supervises the Quality Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs - Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Quality Management - Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility - Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility - Manages and supervises multiple org units within Quality Management - Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth Qualifications - Master in Industrial Engineering - With at least 8 years of experience Informations complémentaires - French language, fluently spoken and writing. - English language, fluently spoken and writing.
