Gold Coast Holiday Homes – Coolangatta

Gold Coast Holiday Homes is the specialised Holiday Division of DJ Stringer Property Services, proudly managing a range of privately owned holiday investment properties across the Southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic person to join our team in a varied and rewarding role within the holiday accommodation industry.

About the role

Working as part of our friendly holiday team, your role will include:

• Managing guest enquiries, bookings and reservations
• Coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs
• Conducting property inspections
• Communicating with property owners and providing updates
• Organising and coordinating property maintenance and repairs
• General administration and day-to-day support of our holiday property portfolio

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Is friendly, approachable and enjoys dealing with people
• Is organised and able to manage a variety of tasks
• Enjoys keeping busy and working in a very fast paced environment
• Has good computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has a bubbly, positive and fun attitude
• Has experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, property management or tourism/accommodation
• Takes pride in their work and is willing to learn

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with some Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm as part of a roster.
