Kings Fitness & Leisure, part of the Wessex Learning Trust, are looking for a Holiday Club Lead, who has the responsibility to make a child’s school holidays memorable. The Holiday Club lead will be a role model, show innovation, creativity and is wholly responsible for creating a safe, positive space for children to thrive. The Holiday Club lead is responsible for motivating a team of assistants to deliver their duties ensuring the day operates smoothly.

Education:

• Certificate of Higher Education (preferred

Experience:

• Childcare: 3 years (preferred

• Leadership qualities and experience/qualifications working with children
• A passion for working with and being a role model for children.
• A keen interest in sport or arts & crafts
• Vibrant personality, ability to work independently and use initiative.
• To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
• A ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for brand standards, service, and cleanliness.
• Previous experience working with children.
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: From £13.69 per hour
  Expected hours: 7.5 – 40 per week
