ABOUT YOU
We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic individuals who are committed to making a difference to the lives of children and young people. You will need to be flexible, creative, and caring and have previous experience of working with young people.
We run a number of childcare services across the county including Holiday Clubs, Breakfast Clubs, Afterschool Clubs, and Preschools.
All profits from our childcare services are donated to our charitable arm to support disadvantaged young people across the county.
The Holiday Club Lead Worker will support the coordination and development of our Ofsted registered Holiday Club that runs from The Scott Centre in Andover. To plan and deliver, with a team of staff and volunteers, a range of stimulating activities during school holidays for children aged 4 – 13 in a childcare setting and develop working relationships with parents and carers.
Our Holiday Club offers a variety of themed days at our Centre and exciting trips between 8am and 6pm during all school holidays.
Various hours and shifts will be available on either a permanent contract or a casual basis
