Location: Tattershall Lakes
Hours of work: Full time 40hrs
Salary: £40K DOE (OTE 75k – 80K)

One more thing…we’re always busy at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES YOU’LL NEED

We are looking for a high-calibre Assistant Manager who can demonstrate the following:

  • At least 2 years holiday home sales management experience
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to manage performance issues and conflict situations with confidence and empathy
  • Exceptional communication skills and able to adapt style to people at all levels
  • A strategic mindset and a forward-thinking outlook, open to new ideas
  • A strong focus on customer service delivery

It’s the icing on the cake, if you have worked in a similar role on a holiday park and have coaching and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the way with sales ensuring high volume and margin of personal sales
  • Supporting in the Leading, coaching and managing of a team of sales executives and an owner services team
  • Actively increasing sales and profit by selling holiday homes to new and part exchange customers
  • Managing the after sales systems and processes
  • Ensuring customer care levels that make potential and new owners feel they are part of the Away Resorts family.
