As our Holiday Homes Sales Manager, you’ll be at the heart of making that magic happen. This isn’t just about hitting targets; it’s about guiding a team to success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and turning holiday dreams into reality.
You’ll be the resilient strength behind a buzzing sales office—planning marketing campaigns, managing your team like a pro, and making sure every customer feels valued and excited about their new holiday home. From park tours to post-purchase care, you’ll own every step of the journey, making sure it’s smooth, memorable and above all, enjoyable.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead and inspire your team to exceed targets and make customers feel amazing every step of the way.
  • Plan creative marketing campaigns and keep on top of seasonal trends, contributing to strategic plans for shows and events.
  • Answer questions, show people around, offer funding options, and make sure handovers and after-sales care are outstanding.
  • Use sales stats to find what’s working (and what’s not) to help the team keep smashing it.
  • Manage stock, marketing, and the day-to-day stuff to keep things running smoothly.
  • Stay safe and help keep everyone—customers, team, and visitors—happy and protected.
    It’s important to mention that to be successful in this role you will have to be open to working when the park is busy, which is on weekends and during holidays.
