We’re offering professional holiday light installation services and looking for experienced installers to join our team from October through December. If you’ve got the skills, energy, and holiday spirit to help us spread cheer all over the Kansas City Metro Area, this job is for you! Position Details: Position: Holiday Light Technician Schedule: Flexible shifts, Monday–Saturday, Start time at 7:00 a.m. Location: Report to Mission, KS | Serve the Kansas City Metro Area Pay: Up to $22/hour (based on experience) + commission + bonuses This is the perfect opportunity to earn extra income for the holiday season, with the potential for future opportunities at Shack Shine! What We’re Looking For: Experienced Installer: 1–2 years of commercial-grade Christmas or holiday light installation experience (preferred, not required) Comfortable with Heights: Confident working on ladders and roofs (up to 40 feet) Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with no major infractions Customer-Focused: Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude Dependable: Reliable, punctual, and available up to 6 days per week Self-Starter: Works efficiently both independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Hourly base rate plus commission, bonuses, and tips Performance Incentives: Extra bonuses for each completed job All Tools Provided: Uniforms, tools, and equipment supplied Company Vehicle: Transportation to job sites provided ?
