JOB SUMMARY

As a holiday park attendant, you will be supporting all areas of the holiday park. Being approachable and empathetic to all guests as they pass through the holiday park reception.

GENERAL

• Be responsible for Health and Safety as an individual and also to work colleagues, customers and the business, reporting concerns through the Health and Safety processes and procedures.
• Ensure continuous professional development of self, including attending required training courses and seeking means of developing within the business
• Promote continuous improvement in the level of quality and customer care provided by the business and make proposals/suggestions where applicable
• Respect colleagues and the working environment at all times.
• Ensure high standard of dress and self-presentation within the working environment
• Undertake any other duties commensurate within the position for which you are qualified.

• Opening and closing the office
• Processing payments and end of day Banking
• Taking and processing swimming pool bookings
• Taking Swimming pool readings and ensuring the readings taken are done and recorded correctly
• Using the data read to feedback should we need some support with chlorine levels ensuring good water quality
• Regular toilet checks to maintain cleanliness is maintained
• System use and stock knowledge
• Following GDPR Guidelines
• Preparing daily reports
• Able to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Cleaning and maintaining the coffee machine area making sure it’s stocked up fully and is clean and well presented
• Selling pool supplies such as arm bands, goggles, inflatables
• Keeping the pool area tidy throughout the day
• Reporting damages or incidents to your manager
• Monitoring the activities of guests and ensuring their safety
• Setting up umbrellas, loungers and other pool furniture
• Serving ice-cream to guests
• Serving guests in the Deerhouse Restaurant
• Any other duties as and when required
