Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the grounds
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate power tools and equipment to perform groundskeeping tasks
- Dig trenches and install irrigation systems
- Build and repair fences, gates, and other outdoor structures
- Ensure proper irrigation of plants and lawns
- Remove debris and litter from the grounds

Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment used in groundskeeping
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
