Responsibilities

Working on a 5-star Holiday Home & Lodge Park, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive 5-star service and standards throughout their stay. This is a long term career opportunity. The successful candidate will have a great personality, being able to relate to the team and customers alike, building a professional, but friendly environment for all to enjoy. The role involves working evenings (up to 7pm Mondays and Fridays) and some weekends, specific times/days will be discussed at interview stage and your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service

  • Working in a front facing customer role, maintaining a professional manner at all times and assisting with any enquiries our holiday makers may have
  • Maintaining a proactive attitude in promoting the park to all visitors and guests, including contacting guests in advance of their stay
  • Going above and beyond to ensure our 5-star service is consistently delievered, including 5-star check-ins and departures
  • Building excellent product knowledge, to assist guests with any enquiries
  • Dealing with any customer issues or complaints in a professional, caring and understanding manner, using initiative to resolve situations at the time and exceed satisfaction levels
  • Assisting holidaymakers and all guests to enjoy their stay by having an excellent knowledge of what is available on the park and the surrounding area
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
  • To comply and work within the Company’s Health & Safety Policies
  • To complete any other duties requested of you by the management team
  • To support other customer facing departments, as required
