Description
Support the Holidays Product Manager in daily operational and administrative tasks related to the Holidays business. Coordinate with hotel partners, aggregators, and internal finance teams to manage invoices, payment reconciliations, and supplier queries. Assist in tracking product performance, pricing updates, and commercial offers across markets. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) for internal meetings and leadership reviews. Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and product launches in collaboration with Digital and Marketing teams. Assist with contract documentation, rate loading, and administrative follow-up with suppliers. Ensure compliance with Etihad Holidays procedures, procurement policies, and financial controls. Provide general support to the Holidays team in cross-functional coordination, planning, and day-to-day execution. Minimum 4 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality, preferably in product, operations, or finance support roles. Good understanding of basic financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, and supplier management. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
