About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and business development in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about tourism, have strong sales acumen, and bring experience in Holidays, ticketing and Visa

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in sales (minimum 3–5 years), preferably in tourism
  • Strong network within Dubai’s hotel and tourism industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead a team and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across watersports activities (jet ski, parasailing, boat tours, inflatables, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within Dubai’s tourism and hospitality ecosystem
  • Manage a sales team, setting targets, providing training, and ensuring consistent performance
  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and sales packages to maximize profitability
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analyses
  • Represent the company at trade shows, tourism events, and networking platforms
