With a strong focus on on-site training and support, MFE further enables clients to achieve rapid construction cycles, solidifying its vision to be a world-class formwork enterprise dedicated to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous innovation Job Description Role Summary The Design Engineer – Holing is responsible for delivering accurate and timely holing designs that support production, assembly, and project requirements. The role ensures that holing outputs are aligned with formwork design, manufacturing constraints, and project schedules. Key Accountabilities Prepare holing designs, drawings, and related outputs in accordance with project requirements and company standards. Deliver holing information in line with production and dispatch schedules. Ensure accuracy and compliance of holing designs with specifications, drawings, and manufacturing constraints. Coordinate with Planning, Production, and Design teams to ensure alignment of holing outputs. Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records of all holing-related documentation. Identify and escalate design issues, clashes, or inconsistencies. Support continuous improvement of holing processes, accuracy, and efficiency. Authority & Responsibility Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of holing design outputs. Accountable for managing assigned workload in line with production priorities. Required to escalate issues that may impact manufacturing, quality, or delivery. General Maintain professional standards and good document control practices. Use company systems and tools responsibly. Ensure confidentiality of company information. Undertake any other duties reasonably assigned by Management.

Responsibilities
