We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Assistant Manager to lead our thriving Client Relations Team. Responsibilities
  • Support the Client Relations Manager in leading day-to-day operations of the client relations team.
  • Drive a luxury client experience across all customer journeys within the Client Relations Team, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Act as a brand representative with escalated complaints, resolving complex inquiries with professionalism, discretion, and in line with our brand tone of voice.
  • Your focus will be to deliver business results, uphold brand standards, and foster a high-performing, client-centric team culture.
  • Monitor and analyse key touch points for the team, working with the Client Relations Manager to ensure a smooth running department and an elevated customer journey.
  • Provide coaching and support to the Client Relations Team, supporting with order-well management, logistical problem solving and liaising with departments across the business.
  • Collaborate and support management in setting team objectives, exceeding sales targets and overall performance goals.
