They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Representative associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. Qualifications What it Takes Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred. Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
