We are an exciting new nursery opening soon in Holybourne, Alton, dedicated to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and qualified educators to join our team and help create a vibrant learning space for our young learners.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A recognized qualification in early childhood education (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent).
• Previous experience in an early years setting (desirable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with children and fostering their development.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• DBS check and relevant safeguarding training (or willingness to undertake).

• Develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children.
• Support children’s physical, social, and emotional development.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with the nursery team and communicate with parents.
• Follow and uphold the nursery’s policies and procedures.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
