  • Experience in a similar role would be welcome, but not essential. Appropriate candidates with transferrable skills will absolutely be considered
  • An understanding of the critical importance of confidentiality, and commitment to uphold that at all times

  • Attention to detail, and a diligent approach to the work that has to be be completed - always striving to ensure accuracy and completion in a timely manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative.
  • Flexible, adaptable, proud to have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Reliable, a warm personality, patience and a sense of humour!
  • An understanding and commitment to our values and ethos, for all the people in our community - staff team members, residents or families and loved ones - respect, dignity, personal choice, safety and comfort, embracing and celebrating differences and each persons uniqueness - living their very best life - ensuring Wombwell Hall continues to offer ‘a home for all.
