Building a new home is an exciting journey, but it doesn’t end when the customers get their keys. We know that the post-construction phase is just as important, which is why our Home Assurance team plays such a critical role in supporting our customers after they move in.
As a Home Assurance Coordinator, you will oversee the moving parts behind each job - coordinating inspections, managing job bookings and keeping customers informed every step of the way. You’ll work closely with our Home Assurance Inspectors and trades to ensure warranty work is scheduled and completed efficiently, while keeping the customer experience front of mind.
