JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Home Automation Technician with expertise in DB Dressing and CCTV systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in home automation systems installation and maintenance. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid UAE driving license is preferred for this role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Home Automation Technician or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with DB dressing, electrical systems, and CCTV installations.
• Knowledge of home automation technologies and systems, including smart home devices, lighting control, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for home automation systems and CCTV equipment.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Proficient in using relevant tools and software for installations and troubleshooting.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with popular home automation platforms (e.g., KNX, Crestron, Control4).
• Familiarity with IP-based CCTV systems and networking.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards in the UAE.
• Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont

• Install, configure, and maintain home automation systems, including lighting, climate control, security, and entertainment systems.
• Perform DB (Distribution Board) dressing, ensuring all electrical connections are neatly and safely organized.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, and related equipment.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine the technical requirements for automation and security installations.
• Ensure all installations meet industry standards and comply with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Test and calibrate home automation and CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for home automation and CCTV systems.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training to clients on how to use their home automation and CCTV systems effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures while working on-site.
