An incredible opportunity has arisen with a leading client of ours, here at One Property Recruitment. We are working with a growing business that is looking for a driven block manager to oversee a very manageable and medium sized residential portfolio. You will be working on a remote basis and be going on site visits to your portfolio in and around the Guildford area. This is a position where you can have full autonomy and prioritise your workload effectively. You will be sponsored to gain all market leading qualifications and have dedicated assistant property managers, helping you with your workload. This business is passionate about creating a positive and driven workplace environment.

Daily Duties will include.

• Building strong relationships with leaseholders and clients
• Setting complex service charge budgets
• Mentoring / supporting junior colleagues.
• Ensuring the portfolio is compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with leaseholders, contractors, and clients.
• Oversee major works projects.

Package:

• Salary of up to £45,000
