A phenomenal opportunity has arisen for a driven and trustworthy block manager to join a market leading team and work remotely, while managing a portfolio in the Woking area. You will be part of a driven and forward-thinking team, with all of the latest technology and property management software’s to help streamlined management. You will be sponsored to gain all market leading qualifications. You will have significant pay rises when gaining qualifications and becoming promoted within the business.

Building strong relationships with leaseholders and clients

• Setting complex service charge budgets
• Mentoring / supporting junior colleagues.
• Ensuring the portfolio is compliant with Health & Safety regulations.
• Oversee major works projects.

Being able to work autonomously, while working effectively is paramount within this position. You will have strong evidence of managing a portfolio remotely, in previous positions. You will need to give strong evidence on where you have gone above and beyond within other companies and show that you are competent in setting and managing complex service charge budgets. You will be able to work well within a team and support the driving of business moving forward in 2024.

Package:

• Salary of up to £45,000
• 25 days holiday + Bank holidays and Christmas.
• Flexible working hours (start early / finish early etc)
