Key Objectives Accurately input legal data and documentation into company databases and systems. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in accordance with legal standards. Support the legal team by ensuring timely and organized data processing. Assist with document formatting and proofreading as needed. Responsibilities Enter and update client information, case details, and other relevant legal data. Review documents for accuracy before data entry to minimize errors. Organize and maintain electronic files and records securely. Collaborate with legal staff to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies. Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining high-quality standards. Adhere to company policies and legal confidentiality guidelines at all times. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, preferably within the legal or professional services industry. Excellent typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with legal terminology and document formats is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, and experience with data management systems. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
