DCX is looking for a Client Services – Energy Analyst to join our growing U.S.-based client team. In this role, you’ll contribute to utility redistribution, customer service, and energy reporting across a national portfolio of real estate. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Analytical Mindset – Ability to evaluate complex data and identify trends. Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in calculations, reports, and billing. Customer Service Orientation – Professional communication with clients, tenants, and vendors. Adaptability – Handles diverse projects, shifting priorities, and multiple tasks seamlessly. Proficiency in Technology – Strong skills in MS Excel and the ability to learn energy-related systems quickly. WHAT YOU WILL DO Prepare timely and accurate utility billing calculations for tenants across multiple properties. Generate annual settlements and client utility budgets by property and utility type. Maintain and update utility tariff data and property information for consistent reporting. Review lease language to ensure tenants are billed in accordance with contracts. Provide escrow recommendations and support leasing personnel with utility data. Respond to tenant/client inquiries and disputes with professionalism and required documentation. Resolve account issues with utility companies and bill processing firms. Support energy team projects, including process improvements, sustainability analysis, and reporting. Participate in ad hoc reporting and special projects such as load study analysis, demand response enrollment, and client presentations. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: BA/BS in Energy, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar analytical discipline. Experience: 0–2 years of relevant work experience or internship, preferably in energy calculations, sustainability, or real estate. Language Proficiency: Very strong verbal and written English communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting) and comfortable handling large datasets. Professional Traits: Strong customer service orientation, time management, and follow-through.
