The DCX Client Services Home-Based Executive Assistant will be the key player in supporting the executives' day-to-day by providing executive-level administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Outstanding organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees WHAT YOU WILL DO Calendar management: Organizing and managing the executive's schedule, including setting up meetings, appointments, and events. Meeting coordination: Scheduling, preparing for, and attending meetings. This includes creating and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure deadlines are met. Travel arrangements: Booking and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, for the executive and sometimes for visiting clients or partners. Documentation and reporting: Managing, organizing, and maintaining important documents, files, and records. You may also be responsible for compiling and formatting materials for presentations or reports. Project support: Assisting with various projects by gathering data and preparing reports or presentations as needed. You may also be involved in coordinating project timelines and ensuring tasks are on track. Relationship management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Office administration: Assisting with general administrative tasks. Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant for a C-Suite level report, or other relevant administrative support experience. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software, with the ability to learn new or updated software. Industry Specific Software/Knowledge: Exposure to project management tools. Someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
