Acquisition Reps is a real estate operator-led placement and performance system dedicated to sourcing, onboarding, and coaching top acquisition talent. Our mission is to empower professionals in acquisitions roles to drive results and deliver value for homeowners and investors alike. As a Home Buying Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our operations, engaging directly with homeowners and representing our brand with integrity and professionalism. Key responsibilities include: Engage with homeowners to purchase their property, building trust and rapport quickly Set up seller appointments, draft contracts, negotiate terms, and close deals Prospect and call 10–40 people daily, including both warm and cold leads Assess rehab costs and after-repair values (ARV) to inform purchase decisions Act as a brand ambassador, solving problems and driving results with integrity and a profit-minded approach Maintain and update the CRM system to track interactions and progress Consistently meet activity and performance targets, including making 10 offers and securing 2 signed contracts per week Required Qualifications: 5+ years of professional work experience 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role Experience in customer-facing roles with in-person client meetings Valid driver’s license Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications: Documented track record of sales success, such as quota attainment or deals closed WHAT WE OFFER: Comprehensive compensation package: $3,500–$4,000 monthly base salary plus 6% commission on all deals (first-year OTE $72k–$95k) Work-Life Balance - 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with occasional open houses on Saturdays Full Suite of Benefits including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, and 401k Generous PTO policy Exposure to many aspects of real estate investment including but not limited to: rapport-building and networking, sales, negotiations, deal analysis and more Access to a wide variety of real estate tools, systems, educational programs and resources Opportunity to making meaningful contributions to a growing company Engaging and committed management focused on creating a positive company culture centered around our 6 core values: Integrity Work Ethic Resourcefulness Service Perseverance Passion
