JOB DESCRIPTION: HOME CARE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Position Title: CCP Supervisor
Department: Home Care Services
Reports To: Program Manager/Director of Operation

POSITION SUMMARY:

Home care administrative assistant is responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality care services to clients enrolled in the Community Care Program. This includes ensuring compliance with state regulations, providing support to caregivers, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction. Home care administrative assistant plays a vital role in supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating services, and fostering a supportive environment for clients and staff alike.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent ( Required )
  • 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a healthcare or homecare setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English is REQUIRED
