What You’ll Do:

  • Clerical Tasks: Perform a range of administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Answering Phone Calls: Manage incoming calls, provide information to clients and their families, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Filing and Documentation: Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Client Communication: Assist with client communications, responding to queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
