ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our staff visit client’s homes to provide personalised one-on-one support that helps people feel safe, comfortable and independent while remaining in the place they know best, at home.
Home Care is delivered through intervals of client visits throughout the day, with shifts averaging 2-4 hours long. Your day can be built on multiple client visits and travelling between clients. Rosters are based on client’s needs, offering you the flexibility to work a few hours here and there or to create a busier schedule if that suits you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll support older adults living independently in their homes across Sydney:

• Personal care: hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility support
• Light domestic tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dishes, laundry
• Use mobile apps for visit logs, shift notes, and rosters
• Support clients with mobility aids (hoists, walkers, slide sheets)
• Monitor and report changes to the care team
• Maintain confidentiality while upholding client dignity
