Part Time hours include: 8 A.M-12 P.M or 1 P.M-5 P.M Full Time hours include: 8 A.M-5 P.M Scheduled Days are Monday-Friday. Weekend hours are rare but are on rotation to be fair to everyone! Hourly Rate is $19/hr-$20/hr.   Our Home Care Aide/Caregivers enjoy some excellent benefits: * Set your own schedule and enjoy work-life balance. * Build your skills with online training and earn CEUs. * Sick pay, Holiday Pay, and more.   As a Home Care Aide/Caregiver, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: * Provide the personal care and support seniors/pediatrics/veterans/disabled need to live safely at home. * Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship. * Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises. * Provide medication reminders, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns. * Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways. * Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies. A few must-haves for Home Care Aides/Caregivers: * High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California. * Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role preferred. * CPR certification   * Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation. * Current TB screening. * Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator, and ability to lift to 50 lbs.    
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to seniors, pediatrics, veterans, and disabled individuals to ensure they live safely at home. Assist with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and engaging clients in joyful activities.
