Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health or related field preferred. Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to follow care plans and work independently. Basic first aid and CPR certification preferred. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
