Domiciliary Care Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Home Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in need of assistance. This role involves working closely with clients to implement care plans, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing while promoting independence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and families.
  • A valid driving licence is required for transport as needed.
  • Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and connect with clients on a personal level.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
