You will provide specialised, consistent home care for a 20-year-old male client with complex needs. You’ll work regular split shifts and occasional extended days, offering vital support with dignity and reliability.

• Administer rescue medication and manage epilepsy safely
• Support personal care, dressing, and transfers (wheelchair handling included)
• Follow care plan to administer all medications accurately
• Manage dysphagia using thickened fluids and foods to reduce choking risk
• Drive the client to and from appointments when required
