Elite Assistance Limited are looking to add to our amazing team of carers working in the Solihull borough and surround. We employ the best carers about so in recognition of this we pay higher than average rates within our sector after initial training with week days currently starting at £12.50 post training rising to £13.50 at the weekend . We also pay 45p per mile for work related travel and 50p per call if you carry a work colleague to calls.

You will travel in the community and see several people each shift, all of whom have great stories and unique needs. Our Home Care Assistant posts are from a few hours a week to full time. We can offer work at any time of the 24 hours but you must be available for a minimum of a four hour shift in the day and nights are 9 hours long. We also expect everyone to contribute to the unsociable part of our work so if you are looking for 9-5 on a week days this is not for you..
