We have early shifts available (7am-2pm)
We have later shifts available (4pm-10pm)
Weekend only shifts available also
Full and Part time flexible shifts available
Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle required
We are looking for people who have the desire to help others and make a difference where it really counts. As a care assistant for ELR Homecare you will be helping change the lives of vulnerable people, helping them stay as independent as possible, all while living in their own homes.
You don’t need any previous experience, just the natural caring nature of a person wanting to care. We provide all necessary training for you to start becoming a carer and really making a difference.
Furthermore we have NVQ levels 2,3,4 and 5 available to complete in house, further progressing your career with us. Not just stuck in a dead end job, we have career progression programmes available to really help you shine in the care sector.

As a carer for ELR Homecare you duties will include (but not limited to)

• Personal care (help washing & toileting etc.)
• Prepare meals (hot or cold)
• Helping with medication
• Companionship
• Domestic cleaning
• All of these aspects will help you change peoples lives and in return you will get

• 30p a mile mileage payments
• 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
• Progression and development opportunities available full NVQ training levels 2-5 all paid for
• Full care certificate and further compulsory training also all paid for
• Full branded uniform
• Pension scheme

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11.65-£12.13 per hour
