Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in care work is preferred but not essential (full training provided)
- A caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of health and safety, including infection control
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Must have a valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Enhanced DBS check (company can arrange if necessary)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 37.5 per week

Work Location: On the roa
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Support with mobility, transfers, and positioning using appropriate equipment when necessary
- Prepare and assist with meals, including feeding where required
- Administer medications in line with individual care plans and company policies (training provided)
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement with clients’ daily routines
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping
- Follow care plans and ensure accurate record-keeping of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Respond to any changes in clients’ health or wellbeing and report to the Care Coordinator
- Uphold confidentiality, dignity, and respect for clients at all times
